OFFICIAL JOB TITLE: Media Buyer (Digital)
The Media Buyer (Digital) is responsible for facilitating total ad operations from implementation, optimization and reporting of campaign results.
The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.
*Candidates will be required to take a Technical Media Case Study Exam.
Hybrid - 3x a Week Onsite at Ortigas Office
1. CAMPAIGN IMPLEMENTATION & MANAGEMENT
• Ensuring successful execution and optimization of the performance marketing strategy with zero errors on implementation.
• End-to-end management of performance marketing activity across paid channels.
• Monitoring campaign delivery to ensure that key performance metrics are attained and align with committed KPIs.
2. TRACKING & ATTRIBUTION
• Generating and implementing UTM tags or tracking pixels on the client's website or app to track ad impressions, clicks, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
3. DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING
• Track, compile, and report on key performance indicators of media activity in collaboration with the Analytics team to create weekly/monthly reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimization to maximize campaign performance and meet client objectives.
• Providing insights and recommendations on performance to identify the effectiveness of the campaign and identifying opportunities for future optimization.
• Confidently present data and optimization strategies to clients and internal stakeholders if and when required.
4. QUALITY ASSURANCE
• Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure that implemented elements are functioning properly and adhering to industry standards.
• Troubleshooting any issues related to ad rendering or functionality.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the campaign lifecycle (disapprovals, discrepancies in ad tracking, and resolving all other operational challenges).
5. AD TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT
• Regularly contribute to media best practices, new executions, and campaign processes.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new media opportunities.
• Continuously learning and evaluating innovative media approaches to enhance campaign strategies and differentiate clients from competitors.
