Short Introduction

The Senior Finance Associate monitors sales, accounts receivable ledgers, ensures strict adherence to billing and collection processes, and generates various billing and collection reports. Additionally, he/she provides support in other functions within the finance team.

Working Set-up

Hybrid - 3x a Week Onsite at Ortigas Office

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. Sales Tracking
  • Track, monitor and reconcile cost estimates of various projects to assess financial profitability.
  • Ensures timely billing and supervises collections based on signed cost estimates.
  1. Accounts Receivables
  • Monitor A/R to reduce overdue accounts and to maintain the average collection period.
  • Prepare monthly AR reports for management’s perusal.
  1. Billing 
  • Prepare billing statements for signed projects to ensure that all accounts are properly billed and monitored.
  • Records, files, and prepares schedules for billings, collections, and accounts receivables.
  • Validates Statement of Accounts for Business Units and Clients prepared by the Collection Analyst.
  • Ensures that all set collection targets are met.
  • Ensures that collections are accurately accounted for, reconciled with bank records, and properly documented, with all relevant supporting documents attached.
  1. Other Finance Functions
  • Assists in fulfilling Client accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinates with Profit Centers for all client’s requirements related to Billing and Collection matters.
  • Participates in initiatives to improve processes and creates efficiencies.
  1. Management Report
  • Performs monthly month - end  reports such as Sales, A/R, Billing and Collections, and Revenue forecast.

Required Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant preferred
  • College degree – Bachelor of Science in any Finance/Business course
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience
  • Knowledgeable in SAP / SAP B1 preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google Workspace
