Short Introduction

The QA Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Team Lead in the delivery of quality services through innovative executions and best Quality Assurance practice across technology domains to ensure client satisfaction.

The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
   • Review and analyze system specifications to ensure understanding of requirements for every software development project.
   • Develop strategies and test plans for the software development requirements in coordination with the project manager.
   • Create Project Reports on the status and at the end of the project.

2. SOFTWARE TESTING
   • Execute test scripts and test cases to validate that the developed system functions as expected.
   • Report bugs and errors to the development team to enable them to perform corrective actions.

3. QUALITY ASSURANCE
   • Implement new QA technologies and contribute to the improvement of QA processes in the delivery of software solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems and/or other related courses.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a QA role or a proven track record in a similar position, working with a team in a similar or adjacent industry.
  • Experience in TestRail or any Test Case Management tools, JIRA or any bug tracking tools
  • Experience using Selenium or any automation framework is a plus
  • Experience JMeter or any load and performance testing tools
