The Operations Specialist is pivotal in enhancing organizational excellence by leading the development and execution of innovative strategies and procedural improvements. Working Set-up

Hybrid - 3x a Week Onsite at Ortigas Office

Duties and Responsibilities

1.) Data Reporting and Supervision

  • Analyze key metrics and domains to assess productivity and performance levels across various units.
  • Regularly extract insights from productivity reports and the Operations dashboard to inform and drive enhancements in productivity and process optimization.

2.) Process Improvement

  • Execute process improvement projects by applying LEAN methodologies.
  • Audit operations data of each unit/individual to determine utilization rate, capacity level, time allocation, and productivity rate.
  • Develop new processes and procedures through process mapping, documenting workflows, employee interviews, and job shadowing.

3.)Tool Management and Supervision

  • Management and supervision on tools and platforms being used by the company to gather data and maintain or improve, productivity, efficiency, and experience
Key Competencies and Skills
  • Expertise in BI tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in data management tools
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Process improvement basic tools and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in LEAN methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
  • Is Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Has Effective negotiation skills and resource management.
  • Has Planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Has Excellent communication skills with experience in presenting thoughts, ideas, and data
  • Has Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and build strong relationships and be customer centric.
  • Demonstrates ability to work and communicate effectively in teams, collaborate with colleagues, and build consensus to become better together.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, report preparations, and creating insights or a proven track record in a similar position, working with a team in a similar or adjacent industry.
  • Experience in data management handling and operations related tasks.
  • Demonstrated track record in successful process improvement projects; while possessing a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
