Duties and Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis and Interpretation

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data, including website traffic, user behavior, campaign performance, and customer demographics.
  • Interpret data to extract actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.

2. Market Research and Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer behaviors.
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.

3. Campaign Optimization and Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements.

4. Customer Behavior and Persona Development

  • Analyze customer behavior data to create detailed buyer personas.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences, pain points, and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in tailoring campaigns to specific customer segments for improved targeting.

  • Has Expertise in data analysis, including proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other analytics platforms.
  • Is Proficient in marketing automation software, A/B testing, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Is Strong in critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Has Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Is Excellent in written and verbal communication, with experience in presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Is Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Has Effective negotiation skills and resource management.
  • Has Planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Has Excellent communication skills with experience in presenting thoughts, ideas, and data
  • Has Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar position in the digital marketing industry.
  • Experience in team management is a plus.
  • Proven track record in driving marketing insights and optimizing campaign performance.
