Short Introduction

The ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR takes a leadership role in shaping the creative direction of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. They are responsible for guiding the creative team in conceptualizing and executing innovative and impactful visual strategies that align with the company's brand identity and resonate with target audiences. They lead the creative team in crafting and telling the story of any brand through Digital and Creative Data Tech in order to further the business of both the client and NuWorks.

The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. CREATIVE DIRECTION AND STRATEGY
   • Provide creative direction and strategic vision for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that drive engagement and conversions.

2. CAMPAIGN CONCEPTUALIZATION AND OVERSIGHT
   • Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts, including graphics, multimedia content, and interactive elements, for digital marketing campaigns.
   • Ensure that all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

3. STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION
   • Work closely with account managers and clients to understand project objectives, provide creative solutions, and present concepts and deliverables.
   • Manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

4. STAY UPDATED WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS
   • Stay abreast of the latest design, marketing, and technology trends to inform and elevate the creative approach in campaigns.

   • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop their team members to ensure that they perform at their best.
   • Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
   • Set clear performance standards, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to help employees improve and grow.

• Has Ideation (Creative Tech) Leadership Skills: Ability to lead the creative team in bringing to life said brand concepts/messages/stories/big ideas in the current and future digital platforms including but not limited to (FB, YT, IG, TIKTOK, Web, Search, AR, VR, ER etc.).
• Has Execution (Copywriting/Art Direction) Leadership Skills: Ability to lead the creative team in crafting copy and visuals for all types of platforms and Creative Tech.
• Has Presentation Leadership Skills: Ability to lead the creative team in presenting ideas and executions clearly, creatively, and compellingly to teammates, to Line Managers, to Internal Stakeholders, and to Clients.
• Has Instructional Leadership Skills: Ability to lead the Creative Team in ensuring that the day-to-day work is delivered on time and of the highest quality. Ability to teach the Creative Team their expertise in Ideation, Execution, and Presentation. Ability to provide Creative Direction to their Creative Team to ensure the team's professional growth. Ability to assist the CD in projects including but not limited to internal projects, pitches, major presentations, award show entries etc.
• Has Contribution Skills: Ability to form client relationships to ensure the longevity of the account. Ability to sell initiatives on top of day-to-day work to clients to further contribute to the business of NuWorks. Ability to create and enter award-winning Creative Data Tech pieces that will further push NuWorks's renown and appeal to both clients and job seekers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in creative roles, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
• Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns and projects.
