The ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR takes a leadership role in shaping the creative direction of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. They are responsible for guiding the creative team in conceptualizing and executing innovative and impactful visual strategies that align with the company's brand identity and resonate with target audiences. They lead the creative team in crafting and telling the story of any brand through Digital and Creative Data Tech in order to further the business of both the client and NuWorks.
The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.

1. CREATIVE DIRECTION AND STRATEGY
• Provide creative direction and strategic vision for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that drive engagement and conversions.
2. CAMPAIGN CONCEPTUALIZATION AND OVERSIGHT
• Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts, including graphics, multimedia content, and interactive elements, for digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
3. STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand project objectives, provide creative solutions, and present concepts and deliverables.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
4. STAY UPDATED WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS
• Stay abreast of the latest design, marketing, and technology trends to inform and elevate the creative approach in campaigns.
5. LEADERSHIP
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop their team members to ensure that they perform at their best.
• Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Set clear performance standards, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to help employees improve and grow.
• Communicate effectively with team members, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation and encourage team members to come up with new ideas and solutions.
