Short Introduction

The ART DIRECTOR is responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns and visual strategies for digital marketing initiatives. They work closely with the creative team to ensure that visual elements align with the company's brand identity and effectively communicate messages to target audiences. They creatively craft and tell the story of any brand through Art and Creative Data Tech.

The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. CREATIVE CONCEPTUALIZATION
   • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and compelling visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns.
   • Translate creative briefs into visual strategies that resonate with target audiences.

2. VISUAL CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
   • Oversee the execution of visual elements, including graphics, images, and multimedia content, to support marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
   • Ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey the intended message.

3. MENTORSHIP AND COLLABORATION
   • Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to guide and support the development of creative assets.
   • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior team members to help them grow in their roles.

4. STAY UPDATED WITH DESIGN TRENDS
   • Keep abreast of the latest design and marketing trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to creative campaigns.

5. CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION
   • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand project objectives and provide creative solutions that meet their needs.
   • Present and explain creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback for refinement.

  • Has Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Is Skilled in developing and executing creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns.

  • Has Ideation (Creative Data Tech) Skills: Ability to bring to life said brand concepts/messages/stories/big ideas in ATL and Digital platforms including but not limited to TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, On-Ground, FB, YT, IG, TIKTOK, Web, Search, AR, VR, ER etc.
  • Has Execution (Art Direction) Skills: Ability to craft visuals for ATL and all types of digital platforms including but not limited to (logo - social card - storyboard (populate)).
  • Has Presentation Skills: Ability to present ideas and executions clearly, creatively, and compellingly to teammates, line managers, to internal stakeholders, and to clients.
  • Has Work Ethic: Ability to both work independently and work within a team. Must be able to embrace feedback and builds from teammates, line managers, internal stakeholders, and clients. Must be organized and efficient.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in creative roles, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative campaigns and projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
