Short Introduction

The Forge Account Manager will lead the overall sales initiatives of FORGE AI along with the Forge Head / Senior Producer, working directly with Internal Business Units and direct clients to achieve the total AI sales target. He/She is in charge of the sales funnel & cycle of the AI services  and must ensure it is aligned to our NW Customer Experience. This is a hybrid role that combines business development, sales responsibilities, and Account Management.

The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, AI- related tools and technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.) Delivers an outstanding Client experience (Focused on sales)

  • Deliver an outstanding sales process and sales support to profit domain
  • Proactive and responsive to AI direct clients, making assessments on the Forge AI services to r
  • ecommend to match Client needs 
  • Develop, maintain and apply a high level of knowledge towards AI services
  • Lead project management of AI services.
     

2.) Maintain consistent qualified leads based on Sales Targets

  • Increase prospective Client base through credentials presentations, Client briefings, and new business relationships 
  • Manage, maintain, and report on  sales  pipeline 
  • Develop growth sales strategies and plans for FORGE AI
     

3.) Sales kits, packages, and rate cards

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across any industry
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and online research
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and product demos to key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Lead client meetings (often face-to-face), and represent the company at roadshows, trade events, and business expos
  • Understand client pain points and align Forge AI's solutions to meet their needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding post-sale.

4.) Industry & Business Awareness

  • Keep abreast with industry trends and develop business acumen in order to be proactive in actualizing business opportunities  (Increased scope, internal growth) forecasting (ability to forecast movements correctly - expected business, shifts in Client priorities, internal + external). 
  • Keep up-to-date with trends related to the industry (competing agencies globally and locally, up and coming agencies to watch out for, new service offerings)

Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communication Arts, or any related course.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in advertising, digital marketing, or technology services.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in pitching and presenting solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Exposure to AI, digital content production, or emerging technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to translate client pain points into tailored solutions leveraging AI and content production.
  • Excellent contract negotiation and proposal development skills.
